  • This information will be used solely in connection with the reservations made and will not be provided for any other purpose.
  • Guest House “Palazzo Byala” is entitled to collect and use information about its users when they register or make a reservation.
  • Information by which a User of the website www.palazzo-byala.com may be identified may include first name, middle name, family name, address, telephone number, e-mail address for correspondence, and any other information the User provides when making a reservation, as well as any other information they enter or provide when requesting, receiving or using the services offered by Guest House “Palazzo Byala”, participating in promotions, prize draws and competitions, or filling in survey cards, questionnaires, forms and the like.
  • Guest House “Palazzo Byala” guarantees the confidentiality of its Users’ personal data, declaring that it will not be used for purposes other than those for which it was intended, namely:
    • establishing contact with the User to clarify details about the reservation and the methods of payment for it;
    • issuing an invoice;
    • assisting with completing a reservation, if you are unable to do so yourself;
    • informing about prices or services;
    • providing services and support;
    • notifying about new services or products;
    • providing personalised promotional offers, etc.
  • “Palazzo Byala” exercises due care and is responsible for protecting the User’s information that has come to its knowledge in connection with a reservation made through the website www.palazzo-byala.com, except in cases of force majeure or accidental events.
  • The reservation form completed by the User indicates whether the provision of data is mandatory or voluntary, and the consequences of refusing to provide it. By expressing agreement with these General Terms and Conditions, the User consents to having their information processed in the manner set out therein.
